1 General Provisions

The li78 platform is an online gaming service platform designed for players in Myanmar. The services include slots, live casino, football betting, and many other games.

1.1 Scope of Agreement

li78's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy also form part of this Agreement and must be read together with this document.

1.2 Language

This agreement is written in Burmese. In the event of any discrepancy in meaning, the Burmese version shall be considered the original.

2 User Eligibility Requirements

3 Account Opening and Management

3.1 Opening an Account

Each individual may open only one personal account. Opening multiple accounts by one person, or family members opening accounts to claim bonuses at the same time, is strictly prohibited.

3.2 Accurate Information

You must provide complete and accurate personal information when opening an account. Any account created with incorrect or incomplete information may be closed.

3.3 Account Security

• Do not share your password with any third party.
• If you discover that someone else has accessed your account, you must notify li78 customer service immediately.
• You are personally responsible for all activity that takes place in your account.

3.4 Account Closure

li78 may suspend or close any account that violates these terms without prior notice. If you wish to close your own account, you may request this through customer service.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

• Minimum deposit amount — 20,000 Ks (for all methods).
• Payment methods — KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay, Bank Transfer.
• Funds will be credited to your account after the deposit record has been verified.
• You may only deposit using a payment method in your own name. Deposits made through a third party's payment method are not permitted.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal amount — 30,000 Ks.
• Withdrawal requests will normally be processed within 1 hour.
• Withdrawals will be prioritised to the same method used when depositing.
• For large withdrawal amounts, additional documentation including ID may be requested in order to comply with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policy.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering

li78 takes a strict approach to money laundering, fraud, and fraudulent payment attempts. Any suspicious financial transaction may be placed on hold and reported to the relevant authorities.

5 Bonus and Promotion Policy

5.1 Welcome Bonus

li78 offers a 120% welcome bonus on your first deposit, up to 200,000 Ks. Example — deposit 20,000 Ks and receive a 24,000 Ks bonus, giving you a total of 44,000 Ks, with a wagering requirement of 24,000 Ks × 20 = 480,000 Ks. Maximum example — deposit 340,000 Ks and receive a 200,000 Ks bonus, giving you a total of 540,000 Ks, with a wagering requirement of 200,000 Ks × 20 = 4,000,000 Ks.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

• Bonus funds must be wagered 20 times before a withdrawal can be made.
• Withdrawals will be held until the wagering requirement is fully met.
• li78 may announce which games count toward the wagering requirement. Not all games will contribute equally unless stated otherwise.

5.3 Bonus Forfeiture

Bonuses may be cancelled in the following situations—

• If multiple accounts are found to have been opened with the intention of claiming bonuses
• If family members are found to be collaborating on bonus-related play
• If a deposit is withdrawn after claiming a bonus, leaving only the bonus funds remaining
• If a breach of the li78 bonus policy is detected

6 Gaming Rules and Restrictions

6.1 Gaming Guidelines

Games on li78 must be played in a fair and legitimate manner. Exploiting software, attempting to claim winnings arising from bugs, and using computer bots to play are strictly prohibited.

6.2 Game Bugs and Technical Errors

Any winnings resulting from a game software bug are not considered valid, and li78 reserves the right to void them. If a player knowingly exploits such a bug and attempts to withdraw the funds, their account may be suspended and any bonuses cancelled.

6.3 Collusion and Fraud

If any players are found to be colluding or using any form of fraudulent play, the accounts involved will be immediately suspended and funds may be voided.

7 VIP Program and Cashback Policy

li78 has 5 VIP tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Each VIP tier includes weekly cashback benefits—

• Bronze — Weekly cashback up to 0.2%
• Silver — Weekly cashback up to 0.4%
• Gold — Weekly cashback up to 0.6%
• Platinum — Weekly cashback up to 0.8%
• Diamond — Weekly cashback up to 1.0%

VIP tier progression depends on a player's frequency and volume of play. A wagering requirement set by li78 applies before cashback funds can be withdrawn.

8 Personal Information and Data Protection

• Players' personal information will not be sold to third parties.
• Information may be shared with relevant authorities only when required by law.

9 Limitation of Liability

If a game is interrupted due to a technical issue (server failure, network disconnection), li78 will provide a reasonable remedy and handle any losses on a case-by-case basis.

10 Service Changes and Suspension

li78 may change its services, games, bonus structures, and operational terms at any time. Services may be suspended temporarily or permanently, and any genuine remaining balances will be returned to players after review.

11 Dispute Resolution

Issues that cannot be resolved by customer support may be escalated to the li78 management team. Decisions made by li78 are considered final.

12 Responsible Gaming
